Mission

Our mission is to help you achieve excellence in communication by fully understanding your workplace communication performance goals and then developing a program that will help you achieve the skills and knowledge that are necessary to bridge the performance gap. While we understand that each learner takes a different amount of time to accomplish this, we strive to effectively program training and coaching solutions that deliver the greatest impact on strengthening the communication skills needed in the workplace.

Assessment

Training and coaching program planning begins with assessments both formal and informal. Audio and video samples are recorded and also include spontaneous speech samples. Assessments measure Proficiency in Oral English Communication (POEC) including articulation, intonation, auditory discrimination, and the cultural rules of communication. In addition, oral interviews identify grammar and usage errors. Individual and company input are encouraged during the planning stage and throughout the program to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

Written Communication is assessed from non-confidential writing samples and examined for writing errors that are merely distracting as well as those that affect understanding. Samples also are evaluated for how effectively they convey information and for appropriate tone.
